Effective date: 8 October 2026
These terms govern your use of the PostDooth website and publishing application. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must have legal capacity to agree to these terms and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and actions performed through your account.
2. Authorized use
You may connect only accounts, Pages, channels and email destinations you own or are authorized to manage. You must follow applicable law, anti-spam requirements, intellectual property rules and the policies of connected services.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant PostDooth a limited license to store, process and transmit that content solely to provide the features you request. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to publish the content.
4. Third-party platforms
Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, email and other integrations are provided by independent third parties. Features can be restricted, suspended or changed by those platforms. PostDooth cannot guarantee delivery, publication timing or continued access to external APIs.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not send unlawful, deceptive, abusive or unsolicited content, interfere with security controls, attempt unauthorized access or use the service to violate platform policies.
6. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, security, compliance or other operational reasons. Testing and beta features may be incomplete.
7. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or specific business outcomes.
8. Liability
Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Termination and deletion
You may stop using the service and request deletion of eligible account data. We may restrict accounts that violate these terms, subject to applicable law.
